Visual Producer
Full Time Position
Responsibilities
- Oversee the direction and operation of live and recorded video and photography for Myers Marketing Management and Partners of Myers Marketing Management
- Work with Partners to create compelling visual content that fits strategy and messaging, ensuring videos and photos are on-brand and effective
- Able to research, transcribe, schedule, and film various projects and all related components
- Perform camera operation, grip assistance, and lighting and audio function on shoots
- Serve as lead on multiple projects including operating production equipment, scheduling and coordinating shoots, conducting interviews, and working with post-production staff
- Assist in post-production as needed and complete various editing tasks from PremierePro to quick in-app edits
- Manage all video and photography edits and updates, including storage and backup maintenance
- Perform live video functions on various social media platforms for events and launches
- Develop a robust team of assistants who fit the culture of Myers Marketing Management and effectively lead the team for continued success
- Have knowledge of tribal divisions and programs and be able to gather footage for current and future projects for Cherokee Nation
- Perform other job duties as assigned; be prepared to WIN at all stages and objectives
Position Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of entire pre- to post-production process
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac systems
- Offer keen attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure workflow and fulfill tight deadlines
- Knowledge of multimedia video production gear, function, and assembly as well as relevant software programs
- Enjoy working independently and with a team on multiple projects
- Maintain a professional appearance and be reliable to meet all big picture goals
- Ability to maintain highest level of professionalism while working with Partners and public
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Communications, Film, or related field
- Four (4) to six (6) years experience producing videos

Work Environment:
Daily tasks for the Visual Producer role will be performed in-office in our new downtown Tulsa digs—which are near a variety of lunch options including a juice bar, a rooftop Mexican spot, a couple barbecue joints, and a sushi restaurant—but some projects may be done in a variety of settings including climate-controlled studios and outdoors in all types of weather. (Whatever it takes to get the shot, right?) This position may also require:
- Extended periods of walking or standing
- Lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds
- Some travel with the potential for overnight stays
Salary for the Visual Producer position will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
